IC Companys A/S is looking for a full time shop manager for InWear and Part Two in
House of Fraser.

Key responsibilities:

- Monitoring and maximising sales
- Maintaining excellent level of customer service
- Day to day store operations management
- Staff management
- Participate in buying
- Make sure that the store follows the visual merchandise guide lines given

Key requirements:

- You are self motivated and enthusiastic and leads by example
- Previous fashion retail (management) experience
- An ability to lead a sales team and work to sales targets and budgets
- Visual merchandising skills
- A positive and motivating attitude
- A minimum of average computer skills
